I am here at Norfolk train station and the train left the station before departure time.

My young son and I, along with about 13 other passengers arrived for a train that already delayed and was rescheduled to depart at 1:34.

(There was an event at the stadium and police were directing traffic but this still doesn’t justify the train leaving before it was supposed to)

We won’t get home until after 7PM and had to pay an extra $80 for the difference.
