A 12-year-old boy, Bandile Makhubo, has apparently been kidnapped from his grandmother’s home in Palm Springs, Evaton.

The incident took place on Saturday when four men travelling in a white Toyota Quantum kidnapped him.

Evaton police have launched an urgent search and are appealing to anyone with information to contact SAPS Evaton on 016 596 1203.

There’s something that we’ve not addressed as the black community and the effects of apartheid.

Nobody talks about how many of our forefathers left this country and went to exile and left their families behind. Many of which till this day, their families don’t know what happened to them. Those who remained behind experienced so much violence and brutality and some saw their comrades die in front of them.

Visit most townships today and see how some of those PAC and MK guys who are now Madala’s are poor or drunkards. They never healed or received therapy for the trauma they went through.

Even today we’re living through those trauma’s of apartheid.

A toddler, Omphile Sethole (2), has gone missing from Ga-Mabuela village after disappearing during the early hours of the morning.

She was sleeping with her grandmother who found her missing in the morning. Upon inspection, she found a window open and the child missing.
