@PepeSanchez2009@AmericanAir@Minne_miraaa There is R revenue and R upgrade. You cannot see R upgrade in availability — nor can agents. The algorithm for that flight determines when R upgrade space is released.
@OIIIIIIIO@AmericanAir Should have not screwed the LAA head of legal. He knew what was going on all legal actions. Thus would never have happened. But Team Tempe “knew what was best”. LOL
@AlexGolden117@AmericanAir So let me get this straight. The pushback crew — who is responsible for multiple gates — should sit and wait for ur aircraft and delay others? QQ: have lost ur damn mind? Put down ur participation trophy and think!
@brendini511@dryandsweet@AmericanAir It is true that it was filed by outside council in conjunction with the insurance company. But AA should have stopped it before it was filed. It was a legal strategy that backfired big time.
@KingAaron2315@AmericanAir@clarylinda_ Yes and back when social media team was formed, there actually was a training session on how to move negative comments to DMs
@BigJA55 @AmericanAir it’s in AA’s interest to minimize long term value of the contract. When they did the math — they were like “no way can we sustain those numbers.” Strat is to get the lowest $ contract, avoid paying back pay & pray sr FAs will retire leaving less expensive & new hires
@heathandrew20@AmericanAir It’s called insurance. If you read it is the outside council in conjunction with the insurance company and AA that is involved in the suit. So shut down isn’t going to happen
