Hello,
I am Renuka Gupta. I had booked dubai tour from 24-29th November, 2023 from BookMyBharat travel agency. According to itenarary, there was free time on 26 & 27th November morning time. @consumerforum_ @BookMyBharat

Now I need refund of skydiving booking amount which they haven't booked+ Abu Dhabi tour amount+ the extra amount I had to spend because of the agency.
Even I called  and sent messages on WhatsApp for refund and futher process but nobody is responding my messages in proper way.

Because  of this agency I had to face lots of trouble, if they were true to me from beginning I would have planned everything, I wouldn't need to spent these unnecessary amount.

Because of their team I got out of budget and unnecessary I had to spend more money for booking slot of skydiving because of the agency , I paid 250AED more for taxi and I exchanged money to AED at high price i.e Rs65000 to 2599AED for booking slot.

(as BookMyBharat team told me they cancelled my skydiving and will return back my money) and missed abu dhabi tour, this wouldn't have happened if their team had booked my slots on time(26or27th November) morning as they promised.

Even their team were not replying my messages, because of this I missed Abu Dhabi tour which was on 28th November. As I had already told their team that I was going Dubai for skydiving purpose, so I booked slot of skydiving on 28november by my own money

but when I went to skydiving office I came to know the weather condition was good and skydiving was going on continuously. Their team constantly lied about it, and they didnt refund my money. Due to their team unprofessionalism I faced many problems.

So I gave their team amount of Rs62,000 to book slot of skydiving over palm. But they didn't book the slot and constantly lied to me by saying "Skydiving is not going on due to Bad weather conditions"
