Concerts used to be fun because we were all just there for our idols, but this ticketing process has been so frustrating. Global fans were left with so few tickets and most of them were obstructed view seats.

I just hope SM realizes that global fans are not the problem here. The real issue is the scalpers who always find a way around the system 🤷🏻‍♀️
