I'm building one where the agents are the users.
Different problem entirely with interesting failure modes that only show up when nobody's there to fix them.

gave @claudeai Design a project spec yesterday and asked it to design the frontend
got back something that needed two visual tweaks. minutes of work, magnitude better than the AI site builder slop
the gap between "AI builds your site" tools and claude directly is bigger than people realize

the companies trimming headcount on that assumption are about to learn the difference

we're still building UIs for humans and bolting APIs onto them for agents
it should be the other way around
the agent interface is the product. the human UI is observer mode
