Why do @Uber describe themselves as a technology platform and always underestimate the time it takes for their cars to arrive to collect at Heathrow? Actual wait time is usually 3 times as long as wait time initially quoted. Every time! Drivers often cancelling rides.

@thameswater I sent in proof of there being discharge from the outlet underneath the John Lewis pier in Kingston upon Thames. JL have told me, when I complained to them that this wasn’t their outlet, but that of Thames Water. Could you please stop letting waste water get into the river.

@thameswater I have not been there since yesterday afternoon (when it smelled badly). It has been discharging and making loud noises on several occasions over the past nearly 2 weeks though.

@thameswater Hi Chris, thank you very much for your very quick reply. I have checked with John Lewis and they claimed it was a Thames Water outlet and not their responsibility. To be honest, the river is so dirty around the Kingston area, you couldn’t tell what debris was already floating
