@SamsungSupport Samsung has sold thousands of TV's since mine has been broken (4 months), they refuse to replace mine with a comparable model (7 months old). They don't care about satisfied customers only satisfied sales quotas.

@SamsungSupport Technician canceled ticket for no reason now I have to start all over. Refund process takes 21 days that is unexceptable. Out of all the tvs samsung has for sale it only wants to offer me a cheep tu7000 as a replacement for a ru9000My tv shutdown on August 24th 21

Bogus warranty, poor support. Never ever will I ever buy a Samsung TV ever again!

@Royal_Nissan You all may be able to find the parts but actually getting the parts and completing the repairs are a different story

@Royal_Nissan Sadly my vehicle has been off the road for quite some time due to faulty repairs and false promises, not to mention damage to the vehicle while in your care

@SamsungTV Mine has an endless sea of black tranquility, it reminds me of the sky on a star less night, except when I forget to dust it off then I get stars lol
