@tianeptineDEPOT@Jzpenn23 That is good. Just can't get a reply from anyone at your organization regarding a shipment with a wrong product. 6-7 messages and 10 days. No response. Like to be fair and handle things without drama but coming to end of the road and do not want to call bank.
@Jzpenn23@tianeptineDEPOT No response on weekend so basically it won't go out until Monday and won't be received until Tues at earliest 4 days late. Same exact problem 7-12days ago.
@JuckFannies@tianeptineDEPOT Nobody got back to me because this is the weekend I guess. So many experiments to do and have no ref materials. Sure looks like mine got left behind. Instead of Sat I am guessing 3 days late on Tues. Not happy about this.
@JuckFannies@tianeptineDEPOT Does your label in system have a time from hours before it was picked up or order placed? Mine says 12;30 pm 2.5 hours before I ordered. Lots of experiments to run so this is band timing.
@JuckFannies@tianeptineDEPOT Mine was shipped overnight sat and got email stating it was shipped at 3:43pm EST. Still not in the system yet so doubt it will get here Sat(today). If not picked up it prob wont get here until Tues. Not good.
@Tame_Impala0808@tianeptineDEPOT Exactly. If they would not wait yesterday and the pickup was missed I would assume the best course of action would be to drop those packages off in the morning to make sure they are shipped out that day. Not good when still showing up as not with FedEx.
@aliciabobeesha @tianeptineDEPOT Still showing as not in Fed Ex possession. At some point the retailer has to take some accountability and proactively drop off with this going on days now.
@tianeptineDEPOT If you drop at the sorting facility does it make a difference in terms of timing? Always a bad time with so much research on my plate but understand it is not your fault.
