Obi got those votes without the PDP structure. Atiku got his own votes with the full PDP machinery, delegates, money, governors and structures built over decades behind him.

So let me ask you the obvious question that nobody wants to touch... if Obi, on his first serious run, without any legacy party, without federal backing, without money politics, could pull that level of loyalty, what exactly is Atiku bringing to the table that Obi isn’t?

Atiku, as old as he is, cannot inspire the kind of organic following Obi commands. The crowd Obi pulls is not rented. It’s not induced. It is conviction-driven.

Someone who does not believe in free and fair elections but always wants others to “step down” and “sacrifice” for him, like Tambuwal did.

That is not leadership. That is entitlement.

And let’s stop pretending this is new. These same permutations were done in 2023. Same calculations. Same arguments. Same old men. And look at where we are today.

It is the turn of the South East. And no, we will not beg or grovel for what is rightfully ours because you people would never do the same if the roles were reversed.

Nigeria does not need another country run by old men who should be advising from the background. If Atiku has capacity, let him deploy it behind the scenes. The future belongs to something new.
