I know @trafficchd won't reply to my mails and tweets. Even if I am trying to pay my challan which I am against of, E-challan is not even working. Payment is not happening. They should spend some money on their platform too.

It's been more than a week and @trafficchd isn't even bothering to reply to my justification. I have mailed them as they said and they are not replying. This is how it is one of the laziest system I have encountered with.

@trafficchd is being totally unreasonable for my Car challan. Here's what happened:

I stopped due to Red Signal at Kalagram Lights Chandigarh and I was behind Crossimg Lines (Zebra Crossing). I hear sound of an Ambulance and I thought its behind my queue.
