@AbuKabzon @ARCRaidersGame It's new terms of expeditions for those who don't want restart quests they can leave them finished. And as this BPs was a rewards for those quests - now you can buy it. It also good for newbies who lost their Hullcracker and was able buy only one in a day (it was issue for me)
