Fun update @Aeroplan : waited for 2 hours... paid $100 to change a single leg of my flight (domestic) and another $30 to select a seat. My time included, this ‘free’ rewards flight cost over $300 and 2 hours of my life. Take care @Aeroplan - today you gave me a reason to switch!
