ABC/Disney certainly has its hands full this morning. After the President and First Lady called for a boycott of the Jimmy Kimmel show, Whoopi Goldberg thought she'd toss "The View" into the fray with one of the most disgusting things she's ever said on television:

"None of this would be necessary if one of these would-be assassins did their jobs the right way."

The air in the studio was noticeably silent as the audience and the other hosts weighed the gravity of what she had just said.

Sensing the disapproval, Goldberg said, "I guess I'm the only one. Okay, let's move on."

Unfortunately, Disney can't just move on, as renewed boycotts and sponsor dropouts are inevitable.
