That’s why he’s absolutely flying under Enrique right now. He’s bought into the system completely — tracks back, presses, puts the team first, perfect display of humility, no ego. No wonder he’s Ballon d’Or standard and thriving.

At Real Madrid it was exactly the same: no player was ever bigger than the club, no matter how many goals you’d scored, how many titles you’d won, or what the fans chanted. You accepted the gaffer’s decision because the badge came first.

These days too many lads have this entitlement mentality , I am pretty sure I can make a list naming names of these players — sub them off and they sulk, they storm off, they make it about themselves. LA MAYOR LECCIÓN DE ALBERT EINSTEIN.🧠

Un día, Albert Einstein estaba dando clase y escribió en la pizarra: 9x1=9, 9x2=18, 9x3=27 y siguió hasta 9x10=91. Y entonces la clase se echó a reír porque Einstein se había equivocado.

La respuesta correcta a 9x10 es obviamente 90, no 91.

Einstein espera a que todos se callen y luego dice: "Aunque analicé 9 problemas correctamente, nadie me felicitó, pero cuando cometí 1 error, todos se echaron a reír. Esto significa que, aunque una persona tenga éxito, la sociedad sólo se fijará en sus errores. Así que hoy me gustaría recordarles que los errores forman parte del proceso. Y la única persona que nunca comete errores es la que no hace nada en absoluto".
