@HEB I prefer shopping at HEB and tolerated the higher prices at curbside for the convenience, but I've had enough, so back inside I go. I'm curious if this is across the board and not just HEB. Afterall, curbside mgr's will be curbside mgr's, gotta meet that quota, it's human nature.

HEB surely makes $ on missing items on curbside orders
Curbside orders x an avg of $3 (?) per order
My last one was a $6 item
It's easier to not report the items
Curbies are pushed to go faster = missing items
Ppl not reporting = corp profit
HEB knows about it

@HEB Thank you. And yes, I know it's not the service you strive for but it is the service you provide. I'm sure the team will do their best as usual. What could I add that hasn't already been known by HEB for a long time as the problem continued.

Many ppl are intelligent enough to get degreed like him.
Many automatically believe a degree makes a person an expert when many degreed ppl are just egomaniacs with no common sense wanting to be heard.
