@ruggyscruggy to be fair though, the beast ending is also the most blatant example of abraham being a bad father, with the ascent dialogue revealing his drinking habit and fighting and bad money habits directly. idk if we get much outside of that ending other than knowing he left the family

@ruggyscruggy both were shitty and it is probably mostly due to misogyny, but i also think part of it is that Abraham is the narrator for Isaac and bumbo while magdelene is exclusively antagonistic; especially the beast ending which portrays the voice of Abraham as a loving father

@ruggyscruggy Basically I think part of it is the framing of the game. Abraham's voice is "on your side" the entire time while magdelene yells at you and embodies lots of the final bosses and is directly shown verbally and physically abusing isaac in cutscenes

@Spl_Reecey @ariadotwav i think the multiplayer limit might be lower; endgame meta seems to be nuking enemies with freeze shatter and freeze has a shared cooldown, it gets harder to proc the more you proc it, but your nukes are doing 4x less damage. you aren't getting 4x as many shatters in multiplayer

@angel420u Big man picks up later tbh. Immediately you realize free danger state removal is nice, then it falls off when disabling your gadgets becomes an issue, then it picks back up when he becomes the time is running out go get all the power eggs on the floor button

@phantyoop @muscat0303 The basic setup is jump bomb, dash bomb, and the splashdown on the dash tank. All seem to be built for cooldown and freeze proc, and the dynamo is a primo fast dynamo with shatter to do 5x damage on frozen enemies

@Lunaitor1 @Culex64 Throughout the route its pretty unclear what your goal is the entire time other than following in abby's footsteps; the missingno fight is the moment you learn what the guide you are following was referring to, since the word "missingno" is missing from the page title
