Paul Pierce says he has no words, but got the utmost respect for what the Knicks accomplished:
“Because it’s hard to win a NBA championship. They got hot at the right time because we all know they had a up and down they had some spurts during the season then they look like, can they win it? Maybe not. But they got hot and it all clicked after you know, them two loses to Atlanta. It just all clicked for them and their experience definitely showed because the inexperience of the Spurs was clear cut and dry. Some of the mineable mistakes they made on such a big stage. Nothing more I could say to the New York fans my hats off to y’all.”
