@AmazonHelp Except report the agent. Even though I have an email proving that they offered me the $20. This has been the worste experience I have ever had. Calling 7 times wasting hours of my life and not getting anything done. Now I have to wait once again 7 days again. Unbelievable
Amazon prime use to be the best when it came to customer service, but now it’s so bad it’s not even funny. And I bug so much from Amazon it’s not even funny. Time to look for a new shopping out let.
@AmazonHelp I just got off the phone for like the 7th time calling. Speaking to a supervisor and one an ago they promised to put in an A to z report or request. And I had to wait 7 days again. And as for the $20 that was promised she said she couldn’t do anything about it. Except report the
@AmazonHelp Time past from when I purchased it. And that they would report the agent that told me that. Then they offered me $20 for my inconvenience. I never got the $20. Calling over and over and continuesly getting promised that they would take care of things that never got taken care of.
@AmazonHelp Never came, I called back 2,3,4,5,6 times to get this resolved. They said they would put in an A to z report or something like that. And to wait 7 days. Nothing happened once again. They also the told me they could not give me a refund for the heater because it was too much time
@AmazonHelp Where do I start, I called in because of two issues. One was i was charged for an item twice and the other I had a heater that burned out my out key and almost started a fire. The agent offered me a refund for both and said not to worry I’d just have to wait a few days. It never
