@SpiritAirlines We have tried DM’ing and are met with the same automated response, how is this any better than what you have already done? At least provide us with an actual employee…or are they all on strike and refuse to work for you?

We made it back home with NO help from @SpiritAirlines, we booked with another airline that had a connecting flight with a 2 hour layover. This is the email we received 2 days ago from #Spirit. We have yet to receive any specificity as to how much or when we will get our 💴

@SpiritAirlines We are stranded in PR with no spirit employee to talk to at the airport or representative to talk to on the phone or online and little money to book another flight since you still have ours. Not to mention keeping our luggage
