@SpiritAirlines We have tried DM’ing and are met with the same automated response, how is this any better than what you have already done? At least provide us with an actual employee…or are they all on strike and refuse to work for you?
We made it back home with NO help from @SpiritAirlines, we booked with another airline that had a connecting flight with a 2 hour layover. This is the email we received 2 days ago from #Spirit. We have yet to receive any specificity as to how much or when we will get our ��

@tiffanymarie0x We are still here, got a flight on Thursday booked with no help from @SpiritAirlines , yet to receive our refund, and our afraid of further cancellations since we’ve been seeing so many on the news 😔
@SMuse50@m3l0dyyy We haven’t even been able to get a hold of any spirit employee unfortunately, hours on hold and calls suddenly dropping and nobody at the airport 😔
@SpiritAirlines your operational circumstances are no excuse for your lack of communication and professionalism, answer the families you have left stranded and return our money and luggage’s so we may return home safely
@SpiritAirlines We are stranded in PR with no spirit employee to talk to at the airport or representative to talk to on the phone or online and little money to book another flight since you still have ours. Not to mention keeping our luggage
@SpiritAirlines My family of 4 with a 3 and 1 year old have been stranded in San Juan PR with no explanation while you kept our luggage overnight and have yet to answer calls, we need answers and our money back along with reimbursement for the extra expenses caused by your unprofessionalism
