@Dayhaysoos 💯 with you here. It doesn’t feel authentic for me and while I’ve done pretty alright it’s definitely negatively impacted only me. At the same time I was once told in my first days don’t ever expect a rating higher than meets (5 on a 9 box if you’re familiar with those)
