@shadeprotocolGM I remember seeing this on Steam before — the art, concept, and trailer all looked amazing. Honestly, this feels totally well-deserved. Congrats!

My favorite character so far.

She’s based on a Korean shaman concept, and I really like how her in-game design turned out.

A little clumsy, but lovable — that’s the charm we tried to express through her animations.

@SaviorS_OOTB Just followed! Please let us know when the Steam page is live — I’d love to wishlist it.

@HeavyShieldGame Mecha + bullet heaven already sounds like an exciting combination just by looking at it.
Is the mecha a single fixed unit, or can players customize it?

[Hwaseo @302LabStudio]

@AwesomeGamesStd This looks awesome.
The hand-drawn dark fantasy art and fast combat really stand out.

@okomotive Deckbuilding pinball is such an interesting idea!
I love how the level design naturally ties into the pinball mechanics.

Choa is a young village shaman born among the common folk.

She’s clumsy and often gets her rituals wrong, but somehow, you can’t help but like her.

In battle, she supports allies with healing and burns enemies with lingering fire.

@OzAshborne 올려다보는 도로시가 엄청 귀엽네요!
인게임에도 저런 모션이 들어갈까요?

[Hwaseo @302LabStudio]

@Latiencur Thank you so much! Glad you like it 🔥

@IndieGameJoe This is such a clever idea.
The puppet-show feeling gives it a lot of charm, and it connects to the gameplay really naturally.

@KristoffRedDev @dieinthedungeon I really enjoyed Inscryption, especially its dark card-game atmosphere.
This looks like it could give a similar feeling while staying more focused on deckbuilding, which is really exciting to me.

@MoonsigilAtlas I remember seeing this on Reddit — I bought it back then!
It looked a bit complex at first, but after a few runs the deckbuilding system felt very natural.
The combat feedback was really satisfying too. Congrats on the launch!

@dimension3652 저도 사실 인디터보고 방문하긴했는데 눈팅만 하다 왔네요 ㅋㅋ
다음에는 인사도 드리겠습니다!

Hwaseo at PlayX4 — thank you to everyone who sat down and played a run.

It was a tough weekend, but also an incredibly meaningful one for us. Seeing people discover Hwaseo at the venue, even though we’re still a small and unknown team, honestly meant a lot.

Hearing players react in real time, and walking away with a clearer sense of where Hwaseo needs to go, made this the most useful weekend we’ve had.

Hwaseo is a deckbuilding roguelite with action-driven combat.

You plan your turn carefully with cards — but when your options run out, your actions can still keep you alive
