- Directors Yasukawa Yuka and Nomura Nao from Season 1 will return.
- The screenwriter is Funabiki Shinju, who was also a screenwriter of Jack Frost, My Personal Weatherman, Therapy Game , and a director of At 25:00 in Akasaka and Count Down To Yes . She will also participate as a director of this drama.
- The LGBTQ Supervision is Kawamoto Mimano (Lawyer)
- Filming period is taking place in July.
- Airing time: Every Tuesday from September 1 on MBS/ TBS Dramaism

- Synopsis:
Season 2 will feature an original storyline not found in the source material. The story takes place two years after the happy ending of Season 1. Miyata and Iwanaga, now in their second year of living together, have finally achieved the ideal relationship they've longed for and are filled with happiness. However, while Miyata feels they've grown much closer, he also feels there's still a lot he doesn't know about Iwanaga. Iwanaga says he doesn't want to talk about his past lovers, but Miyata is bothered by the unknown past that lurks beneath Iwanaga's casual words and gestures. Meanwhile, Iwanaga confesses in a magazine interview that he has found someone special. Seeing this, Iwanaga's "ex-boyfriends" begin to take actions, and a second-chance love story quietly begins to unfold.

i decided to not watch ep 5 until ep 6 came out and BEST DECISION bc ep was just tears from me and i wouldn’t have survived ep 6 was some tears but mostly smiles

this show is genuinely a masterpiece like every episode is just so well done from the actors to the lighting to the music to the script i just appreciate how things aren’t spelled out but said through small actions or facial expressions

there’s a detail here. rome already felt something was off abt pete. the dashcam isn’t on when the engine is off. but when pete asks rome to get into the car, rome immediately starts the engine so the dashcam turns on, he’s intentionally creating evidence.
