306 HSR Sailing ⚓️
The RYA Comp Crew Course is a 5 day course, taught on board a Vic 34 Sail Training Craft in the Solent and Isle of Wight. This is the foundation for sailing development within the military.

A busy weekend for 306!
The completion of Driving Training has ensured that 30% of our Regiment now has 4 vehicle military competencies. And we also began to test the Army’s new ‘Role Fitness Test after sufficient training.

Lt Col O’Dwyer and Lt Setchell have recently completed the Defence Train The Trainer Course (DTTT) led by 335 MER. This now enables them to teach in a defence capacity and apply for instructor qualifications in areas they choose! #armyreserves#armyleadership
