@lufthansa Yes and you don’t know what happened after?Just an fyi after that they transferred me to dolfi 1920,those guys won’t even process without the pictures, even tho I sent them the damaged report tag made by Lufthansa staff.Dolfi 1920 told me to contact Lufthansa

Asked me for pictures after one year, because they don’t believe that your staff at the airport did very good job making the damage report tag or they lied about the damage, because they won’t process without the pictures ..>

@lufthansa worst customer service experience, I spent my countless hours on hold just to get the damaged bag refund. It is going to be one year since the incident 29 June. Yes have been emailed you guys with details as well, feedback id 35395412.
