@GovRonDeSantis#HB631 is a disgraceful bill that singled out Walton County for an elite few. It is not the will of the people. The beaches of Walton County Belong To Everyone.
1). As we start to get daily torturous experience of HB 631 I am getting a ton of questions about this confusing and oppressive statue that targeted us. I am doing the best to answer questions. However, it may be a good idea to contact Gary hunter at Hopping Green firm in ......
2). ..... Tallahassee. He wrote the law, his firm represents hundreds of gulf front owners opposing CU and intervened himself as GFO. Here is his contact information. He is the architect. See what he says.

Dear @GovRonDeSantis , You Are Invited to Walton County, Florida to see the reality of #HB631 . The will of the people of Walton County is to restore #CustomaryUse . #30a#sowal
Walton County #CustomaryUse update.
The lawsuit has been recently filed. Almost 200 owners and groups are fighting CU and they are pouring it on with troops of lawyers chasing more clients. Their lawyers say at least 8 years of litigation.
โAnd while Huckabee has said more than once that he pays exorbitant property taxes to live where he does, he pays no more to own down to the mean high water line than he did before he secured title to that slab of beach.โ

Sooooo, those who boast the loudest about what they paid for the sand in front of their homes, actually paid $400 and pay NO taxes.
