@pattersonpicks1 Another thing to try is to act friendly toward them and then tell them to hold for a minute, you have somebody knocking on your door. I put the phone down and leave them on hold till they give up. My record though is 1 caller held for an hour only for me to tell him to F Off.

@pattersonpicks1 Tips are now TAX FREE so 20% is even greater when you factor that in. My mother was a waitress so it took real awful service for me not to leave at least a 20% tip. Having said that, I'm not cheap but this tipping thing is out of control. I need to tip my takeout order?
