My goal on the DRTF is to make sure that the voices of Detroit's community organizations, block clubs and social justice advocates are heard. They're the ones talking to the people on the ground the most and I trust their opinions more than anyone else. If you're that, hit me.

Last week I was appointed to Detroit's Reparations Task Force. This is the beginning of the process to bring reparations to Detroiters for hundreds of years of violence and discrimination. We're one of a few cities doing this and we're gonna do it right. More to come!
