From being pioneers who fought to establish P-Pop’s identity on the global stage to becoming advocates for an entire generation of Filipino artists, SB19 is proving that their influence extends far beyond the stage.

The Kings of P-Pop graced the Senate of the Philippines, where they were recognized through Senate Resolution No. 545 for their historic appearances at Lollapalooza and Summer Sonic, celebrating their contributions to bringing Filipino music to the world.

But the recognition was only part of the story.

In collaboration with 1Z Entertainment (@1zentertainment), Senator Bam Aquino (@bamaquino), and the Department of Trade and Industry (@DtiPhilippines), the group is advancing a legislative initiative to establish a dedicated agency for the creative industry, creating stronger support systems and opportunities for Filipino artists and creatives.

Once labeled as K-Pop for simply daring to dream beyond the boundaries of the local music scene, SB19 now stands at the forefront of building an industry where future Filipino artists will no longer have to fight the same battles for recognition, identity, and opportunity.

They didn't come to the Senate for clout. They came with a cause, a vision, and a concrete plan to create lasting change.

From breaking barriers for themselves to building bridges for everyone who comes after them, SB19 is redefining what it means to be kings.

True kings don't just conquer the world. They make sure there's room for others to rise with them.

Sa Lollapalooza 2026, nag-preview sila ng kanilang rendition ng "Mga Kababayan" ng kababayan nating si Francis Magalona. Ipinaalala nila sa atin na ang musikang Pilipino ay hindi lang simpleng entertainment. Ang musikang Pilipino ay alaala, identity, at panawagang magkaisa.

Naitatak na nila ang musikang Pilipino sa pandaigdigang entablado at nagbukas ng landas para sa marami pang susunod sa kanilang yapak.
