@PanthoriusPrime @HustleBitch_ The only time I started gaining weight, was YEARS after abusing modern diets. My immune system was a brick that took years of abuse to crack. Going back to low carb mostly meat, quickly slims me down, helps with energy, bloating, backpain, fighting colds, feeling happier etc

We drank milk straight from the cow, ate fresh cheese straight from the cow, ate the cow, fried food in animal fat, ate our own veggies, baked our own corn bread, drank our own alcohol, living past 80-90 yo.

I grew up in the mountains and always had big quads, wide back, but my arms looked chill.
Even now working an office job and going gym, my frame has remained similar, unless I pump.
