Ok, here's the thing, the escaping Hawking radiation "gets out" the same way that electric charge & gravity "get out"... the fields already exist outside of the black hole. It's not "coming out" it was never inside!

@eedobarganes @tsarnick coordinates, for example, where you use the proper time for an infalling inertial observer. The observer in free-fall will never see themselves cross the event horizon, and will only reach it when they reach the physical singularly at the black hole's center of mass.
