@ChingChanco22@OWCavalry The issue with winrates is characters like Cass and Kiri are seen as “solution characters” that people swap to win games feel unwinnable, which tanks their win rates. Niche characters like torb are mostly played by specialists, which means they’re more likely to play them well
@nin10doland Very true, the order of the Zelda direct was so freaking confusing. Starting with the movie just to give us the name 7 months before it releases? Like yeah no shit it’s called “the legend of Zelda”. And then dropping us straight into OOT gameplay before the actual trailer?
@ChoccyTalks@wraithpistol@OWAnonymous_ Yes and the same goes for other high-skill floor characters like tracer and ball. Some characters have low skill floors and some have insanely high ones, if every character was as hard to pick up as genji/tracer/ball than nobody new would ever enjoy the game
@chuddotte @w8vee Ball is the highest skill ceiling character in the game, followed by tracer. The amount of techs and mechanics he can use is actually nuts.
@TechnoVikingGA@OverwatchNaeri This year has been one if the most balanced years ever which is especially impressive considering they’ve released 8 characters since February
@Veilynne@KaladinOW It is too risky when the flanks are nonexistent, have zero cover, or are way too far out of the way. Playing double hitscan makes sense when the sight lines are ridiculously long and it’s hard to be flanked. Maps like circuit royale, Havana, and junkertown are perfect examples
@Veilynne@KaladinOW See the issue is most payload maps have non-existent flanks or they’re incredibly out of the way or with zero cover. Payload maps also have the longest sight lines of any mode, making double hitscan objectively stronger than any other mode
@wrenfps@bendednikes@Manticcccc@OWAnonymous_ Acting like he has no counters and then moving the goalpost once you realize poke does in fact counter him. Cass is anti dive. Poke counters him. Dive counters poke. Congratulations learning the rock paper scissors of ow.
Like 1/3 of dps can two shot, even some supports can 🤯🤯
@Angryrootbeer1@ChickenFilay@OWAnonymous_ If you are distracting the enemy team and making them look at you instead of your frontline you are doing your job as dive dps. If you are trying to live in their backline the entire game and are surprised you’re being targeted you are not. Dive is about engagement timings
