Lil Uzi Vert — ‘Red Moon’ [prod. TM88 + Slo Meezy + C$D Sid + FNZ + Macnificent] was recorded.

It samples ‘Tek It’ by Cafuné, it would release on Christmas Day 2023.

@BtBiggs16 Yeah it was hella lowkey I didn't know about it till late August. I'm not too tapped in either tbh

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 Check out Maverick, EP he dropped in July. Definitely bangers

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 Yeah he made What You saying last year. Ain't heard meek since 2018 but he getting older now so it's understandable

[dwayne @335wayne]

You referring to datpiff, a music app in 2012. Any artist of large scale could've "crashed" a third party music download app back then. And I'd say Meeks peak was 2012-15. Uzi has more than double the hits meek has that topped the charts. And he's still making hit singles 10 years into his career, which meek has not done, can't deny that.

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 When did meek mill ever crash the internet lmao. Nothing meek has made past 2018 is worth a conversation and even that's pushing it. He peaked in 2015. Wins and losses was goated tho

[⚝ @gloxxexi]

idk who needs to hear this but uzis peak is closer to drake than meek mills is to uzi

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 The original debate was who was bigger at their peak, or who peaked "higher". Bro it's Uzi and it's not even close let's be fr.

[dwayne @335wayne]

Na, they did the same numbers without streaming. Streaming included basically doubles Uzi numbers. Meek is better at rapping, but that doesn't translate to better music. That's why I said it's different audiences. IMO Uzi was way bigger in his prime than meek was in his. Maybe it's bc of streaming, maybe not but He just appeals to a bigger audience.

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 I'm not discrediting Meek, I was definitely a fan especially in the dreamchasers era. But Luv is rage & Dreams & nightmares basically did the same numbers. To each their own I just think Uzi is way way bigger, peaked higher and for longer.

[dwayne @335wayne]

@BtBiggs16 Streaming been around since like 09 lol. Meek has hits no lie told but he has no answer for the run Uzi went on from 2016-2020. Meek could never produce that many hits.
