Maraming salamat sa buong Sangguniang Panlungsod, sa pangunguna ni VM Dodot Jaworski at Appropriations Committee Chair Maro Martires. Masaya ako dahil seryosong hinimay at pinaganda pa nga ng Sanggunian ang panukala na binalangkas namin ng executive branch. Nung konsehal ako, may budget hearing na wala pang 5 minutes.

Gaya nung nabanggit ko, sa "Phase 2 ng Pagbabago", mas komportable na tayo sa mas malalaking proyekto. Kaya bukod sa regular ng programa at proyekto, share ko lang din ang iilan sa mas malaking infra projects na may appropriations na para 2024:

1. Start of the City Hall Campus Redevelopment (pricing and terms are under negotiations; pero mabuti nang naglaan na tayo ng konti para may budget item na).

2. Continuous Land Banking for IN-CITY Relocation (131M)

3. Financial Aid to Barangays (150M or 3-5M per brgy. Para hindi na kailangan irequest sa City ang mga maliliit na bagay gaya ng supplies. Stricter liquidation for 2024.)

4. Automation of Flood Control System (flood gates in pumping stations, including monitoring censors and control centers. 98M

5. Additional 15 Garbage Trucks for Collection by LGU administration (46M)

6. Refleeting of unserviceable city vehicles (100M)

7. Multipurpose Evacuation Center (2-storeys) with Basketball Court, Riverside Brgy Sta Lucia (48M)

8. Multipurpose Evacuation Center (2-storeys) with Basketball Court, Brgy Kapasigam (48M)

9. Multipurpose Evacuation Center (2-storeys) with Basketball Court, Brgy Sagad (47M)
