@smercrn68 The state gives each school x amount of money per child enrolled at the public school. These numbers are taken during attendance week.

The voucher simply comes from the allotted amount for that student had they attended the public school.

Vouchers do not cause us to pay more

If he never would have quit he would have done just fine at the next level. Probably could have played anywhere he wanted. Osu / Tressel tried pretty hard to get him.
