@VividSeats yes while you provided a refund for the lack of being able to get our tickets by the show. We had to buy some at the show and separate our family so we could even get in. This stressful experience was extremely frustrating.
@VividSeats@StanIsHungry just had the worst experience with this company. They “guaranteed seats” but failed to mention they sell seats that don’t exist. Absolutely worst customer experience ever. Order number 70125393. #terriblecompany
