You promptly canceled the entire order when we were trying to communicate with you and the restaurant to make sure everything was right. Others would not have.
@fredposner @satchelspizza The order was placed at 4:57 the day before. Satchels usually takes 60 or more minutes to get the pies done on a Saturday. Your order was sent in to them at 4:15 with a scheduled delivery time of 6 pm.
@fredposner @satchelspizza Nothing could be farther from the truth. We are a local company and work with our restaurant partners to make sure the food experience is as close as it can be to eating at the restaurant. This is one of the reasons you see the "No Cut" option.
