B/band down last wk- not BT fault @bt_uk. Fixed in 4 hours. Then they sell me 4G backup upgrade. 1 wk on, the 4Gbox still hasnt arrived. Called helpdesk.. Grrr! ... they only send the 4G hub sent the next time your b/band fails, and that takes 48 hours! Are you serious BT?!
@ofgem is this acceptable
@Utilitywaremal
UW smartmeter stopped reporting , so (on 31/10) UW estimate my usage. Too high!. I realise that (1/11) and input actual via portal. I phone UW to check u got it. But.. too late! UW will now overcharge me cos THEIR smartmeter is faulty
@Utilitywaremal ... the smartmeter u provided stopped reporting , so (on 31/10) u choose to estimate my usage. Too high!. I realise that (1/11) and input actual yr portal. I phone u to check u got it. But.. I'm too late! U will now overcharge me cos YOUR smartmeter is faulty
@christomlin Chris, what's the process for taking the tune (melody, chords, etc) of one of your songs, and setting different lyrics (a beautiful latin hymn) to it
@RevolutApp just been looking at recent overseas transactions
A 25 Euro (approx 22 GBP) charge incurs a 22p fee. Clicking on the INFO button reveals it to be a 0.5% exchange fair usage fee. (whatever that is!)... Ermm, in my maths that's 1%, not 0.5%!
@MoneySavingExp Revolut cards
1. Their no fee claim ain't true
2. Their feel calcs are wrong - how can 22p be 0.5% of £22
3. and do NOT use it for pay-at-pump fuel.. the pre-auth fee cleans you out and sterilises the card

@RevolutApp @blamarmar @RevolutApp I too have issue. REVOLUT seems INCOMPATIBLE with pay-at-pump fuel. Fuel co. takes pre-auth charge of 200 EURO and if you have insufficient funds (as I did), it takes your balance anyway (mine was 110 Eur) reducing the balance to zero --> declining the fuel purchase
@RevolutApp do NOT use revolut for pay-at-pump fuel.. It pre-authorises you, and if you dont have enough funds (200 EUR) in France, it takes what you do have, leaving the balance at zero. AND the transaction fails. REVOLUT & PAY-AT-PUMP = INCOMPATIBLE
@RevolutApp from me, a VERY frustrated customer .. Do NOT try to use Revolut for pay-at-pump fuel. The pump pre-auths your a/c and if you have insufficient funds, it takes what you have anyway, leaving you with zero balance until your automated refund 2 weeks later
@cathynewman Your wording suggests an element of satisfaction. You're a journalist. Youre not Martine Croxhall. Be humble and impartial. It's about news not entertainment
@ONS Have been part of ONS PCR test-at-home trial for a year now, and effective May 2021, also doing finger blood antibody tests. YES! Having NEVER had covid, apparently I DO have antibodies now...but - which ones? Anti-N or Anti-S. ONS helpline don't know
