🌪 Merrillville, Indiana Tornado Damage🌪️
A destructive tornado tore through Merrillville, Indiana, on June 11, 2026, causing severe damage across the area. Reports indicate 10–20+ homes were heavily damaged, with some homes partially wiped out, cars tossed, gas leaks reported, and numerous businesses damaged or destroyed.

Search and rescue crews spent much of yesterday checking on residents and making sure everyone was accounted for. This was a violent tornado, and our thoughts are with everyone impacted. 🙏

Former #Jets first-round LB Darron Lee has been indicted on a murder charge in the death of his 29-year old girlfriend.
