Look out! Around July, we will see the files tab in Teams chats change to Shared. Microsoft is great at renaming things all the time.

Great news that they are improving the visibility of items marked as records inside Office applications. Currently, you only receive an error when saving the items or saying that it is Read-Only.

Great to see that during the addition of a new domain in #Microsoft365 you have an option to add #DKIM keys. I still see a lot of Microsoft365 domains that don't use this feature to secure & control your outgoing email and ensure authenticity.
This is good news, but not yet great news. The maximum amount of emails & chats to be deleted with the Purview Search & Purge feature will be increased from 10 to a maximum of 100 items, which is an improvement nonetheless. #Microsoft365#MicrosoftPurview#365Fanatic
Did you know it is now possible to allow either Synchronization or add shortcut OneDrive Sync methods? Previously, it was only possible to remove the shortcut feature with PowerShell.

Great to see that we now have added functionality for securing and governing Teams Shared Channels using Sensitivity Labels. The new functionality lets you control what and to whom the Shared Channel can be shared.

Great to see that later this year we will be able to protect Shared Channels with sensitivity labels. Quite strange because it's currently a known limitation to share content with external accounts, this might be a sign that they will allow that in the future as well.
@marijnsomers You have shown us this slide at CollabDays in Netherlands a few weeks ago, do you have any more information on Sync being fased out? I cant seem to find any concrete info regarding this...
Was a great session on column formatting, Wiskey and Butts BTW ;)
This is a great feature to be added to Records Management, currently, we see that items stay on the disposition review list for long periods. With the new feature, you can automatically "approve" after a number of days. #MicrosoftPurview
Curious to know what's on the Microsoft #Purview Roadmap? There's certainly some momentum behind compliance solution development if you look at the normal #Microsoft365 roadmap daily.
This was an overview of new features for yesterday's roadmap, for example.
Outstanding news for a Friday! Sharepoint migration tool (public preview) finally supports #SharePoint2019 to #SharePointOnline migrations and SharePoint Designer 2010 & 2013 workflows can be migrated to Power Automate!

A great new feature in #MicrosoftTeams will allow you to accept or block new incoming chats from external organizations with the option to preview the incoming message. The user can be unblocked as well.

It's great to see that it is now possible to customize the #Microsoft365 company branding even further, some of the new features:
· Layout templates
· Hide / Show header
· Add links to the footer
· Custom CSS

This must be one of the most epic features to be released in #Purview admin center. From next year you can simulate the results of an automatically applied retention label / policy. This will help to make sure you have the desired results when using conditions or adaptive scopes
