Convert MP4 to MP3 locally:

macOS: brew install ffmpeg
Ubuntu/Debian: sudo apt install ffmpeg
Windows: Download from https://t.co/K26MroMQug

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -q:a 0 -map a output.mp3
-q:a 0 sets the highest variable bitrate quality
-map a extracts only the audio stream
