I’m starting to document my trading journey here 🧵
Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone learning how much of trading is psychological.
Especially as a perfectionist.
New video just dropped.
Breaking down a full NY session trade:
• HTF narrative
• Quarterly manipulation
• SSMT logic
• True Opens
• Execution & confirmations
Perfect watch for the long weekend before Monday’s bank holiday.
Study the process, not just the entry.
Lot of gems in this one, so make sure to listen closely.💎

No matter how good or bad today was, take time to reflect.
Every experience teaches something.
Every mistake reveals weakness.
Every correction creates growth.
Stay disciplined during success.
Stay composed during failure.
Everything happens for a reason.
Everything is part of God’s plan.
How can I lose if God is with me?
🧵One strong contrast I’ve seen time and time again:
The successful trader knows how to take a loss and move on quickly.
The perfectionist takes the loss, resists it, and makes it personal.
One is emotionally flexible.
The other is emotionally rigid.
@D0M_MMXM Finally! 🫶🏻 You have so much value to share, and I'm sure a lot of traders will benefit from the way you explain things. I'm very excited to see what you build there!
I decided to officially open up my free Discord today.
My goal is to build a strong community where we can share ideas, market perspectives, and improve together over time.
Inside the server I’ll be sharing:
• Market thoughts and daily perspectives
• My own executions and trade ideas
• Educational concepts and models
• Public discussions to help each other understand the markets better
The focus is simply going to be discipline, patience, psychology, time, price, and understanding how the market truly delivers.
If that aligns with you, feel free to join.
See you all there. #TTS

Trading didn’t create this wound.
It exposed it.
And maybe that’s part of the journey too.
Not just becoming a better trader, but becoming someone who no longer needs perfection to feel safe.
I thought perfection would protect me. But now I can see how many opportunities I’ve missed with this mindset.
How much heavier I made my trading journey by trying to carry impossible expectations.
@freezingkaasTao I get your point. You can have the most impeccable protocol, but if you're not in the right mental state, your trading can still suffer.
Clear rules help a lot, but psychology determines whether you can actually follow them in real time.

Monday usually sets the tone for the rest of the week, which is why I highly suggest letting today fully develop before becoming aggressive.
No major news catalysts are scheduled and volatility is expected to remain relatively low, so the best approach in my opinion is to let price deliver, wait for the TWO to establish itself, and observe how Monday develops the possible AMDX sequence for the week ahead.
That being said, I know many of you are still going to trade regardless.
If you do, I would personally only focus on the current AOIs and DOLs shown here. For now, price appears more likely to develop into an Accumulation day, although the 09:30 volatility injection can always shift delivery and change the narrative quickly.
Also keep in mind that the Daily Timeframe still remains heavily bullish overall. The current bearish IOF could easily shift over the coming days, so make sure to wait for proper HTF confirmation before expecting sustained downside continuation.
Keep targets conservative if you decide to participate today.
This is FOMC week - there will be multiple high-quality opportunities later in the week, so there’s no need to force anything early.
Stay patient. Stay selective.
Good luck everyone.
Sunday reflection:
I’m working on accepting where I am right now.
When I add pressure and try to force fast results, I usually end up FOMOing into invalid trades, giving back profits, and feeding negative self-talk.
The goal right now is not speed.
It’s stability.
