🚀 dmsg is LIVE on Google Play! 🇮🇳

We've built a decentralized Android messenger with encrypted chats, P2P communication where available, secure file sharing and cryptographic identities.

No phone number needed.

Try it with a friend 👇

5/ Is dmsg completely serverless? Not yet.

It still uses supporting nodes for discovery and offline delivery. We're working toward reducing those dependencies.

[shikhar srivastava @371_shikhar]

4/ Your recipient goes offline.

dmsg supports encrypted temporary storage for offline delivery, while using direct P2P transport whenever possible.

[shikhar srivastava @371_shikhar]

Direct P2P connectivity becomes a real engineering challenge.

3/ Now imagine the sender backgrounds the app halfway through a large file transfer.

You need reliable transfer state, recovery logic and controlled fallback behavior.

[shikhar srivastava @371_shikhar]

1/ Building a decentralized messenger sounds simple.

Until two Android phones have to connect across different mobile networks. 🧵

2/ One phone is on Wi-Fi. Another is on mobile data. Both may sit behind NAT and carrier restrictions.

Web3 finally has a project that isn’t just art or just utility.@hypersportdogs

• Original canine athletes, hand-drawn
• Sports IP, media, community
• Real money to real shelters
• Fantasy league coming for holdersMint a dog. Save a life.
I’ve been looking for a project I can actually stand behind in public.@hypersportdogs
is it.Not another PFP farm.
A sports-dog IP with original art, a growing roster, charity baked into the mint, and a fantasy league that gives holders something to do .Art that lasts. Utility that ships. Impact you can point to.This is how you build a pack people stay in.
