@37Grams has been using this technique a lot with our clients with a ton of success. Now that I’ve been using it more myself, I can truly say this feels awesome and works wonders.

The key is to use a proper wedge height! If you have higher arches, more can be better, but you don’t want so much that it limits your ability to keep your inner heel down or for your foot arch to lower (pronate).
