@newportseo @PJK909 @Rackspace Luckily, I had a backup Exchange email hosting provider (Intermedia) already set up for another client. I created new accounts and switched all my Rackspace clients over to them.
@michaelagomes@Rackspace If you use Rackspace's control panel to set up new Exchange accounts with Microsoft 365, then they are a reseller. They're a competitor if you create your own M365 account outside Rackspace. RS is likely making money by helping manage your M365 subscription.
@RamyGendy@Rackspace I forgot to mention that I'm usually chatting with them late at night Eastern time. If chat isn't working after letting the window sit open for a while, try at night or off-hours when traffic is lighter.
@RamyGendy@Rackspace If you open the chat window and leave it open, it will eventually load. It's not clear that it's doing anything, but after about 10-20 minutes, someone will connect, and you can chat with them. HTH!
If you're trying to use @Rackspace chat, just open the chat window in a separate tab and leave it alone for 10-20 minutes. It will eventually load, and someone will start chatting, but there's no indication that it's loading. #RackspaceOutage
