Soleimani is hero and a leader fight against terrorists
The only thing compelling about "abstract art" is that it's hanging in a museum. Its defenders freely admit this. Without the bourgeoisie and their money, no one would care about it.
@TheChaosWeeber Its cope for losers who have no accomplishments in life so they have to make an in group distinction based on their rapist murderer ancestors who stole this land.
You don't understand why the Dajjalic axis hates Khomeini and his ideas.
It's beyond the Great Satan rhetoric or the anti imperialism.
Khomeini emerged at a time were religious priests were seen as a benign force of tradition.
Not seeking executive or judicial power. Rather a ceremonial visionary with the Liberal intelligensia commanding the levers of power.
The US told the Imperial Army to stand down, in hopes the Liberals of first Bakhtiars government then later Bazargans government would unify the country behind the image of Khomeini whilst they steered public policy and legislation.
The context being the cold war an era were tradition had taken a back seat on the face of post enlightenment ideas such as capitalism and communism.
Religion was not deemed as a challenge to power, it was seen as a benign yet inspirational tool. A reliable pillar for government power to align with against secular marxist forces if your the US. Or a nationalist rallying cry to mobilise the masses against Imperialism if you're the Soviets.
In both instances, religion was not taken seriously as a contender both ideologically and politically comparer to the two material blocs of the cold war framework.
Khomeini entertained this sentiment whilst in exile. Hence the allegations he was supported by the west.
Support is one thing, he was tolerated more than anything in hopes that he would stabilise a long term and critical ally in the Shah's absence a Gandhi like figure.
Khomeini played them well applying his cryptic and allegorical language typical of an Arif. Language that was often assertive, complex yet also esoteric in meaning. A very alien form of communication for the direct and extroverted American mannerisms.
But once he landed and through to the hostage crisis.
He introduced a new paradigm to modern global politics.
One where the esoterical, Mustical and often abstract intersected with reality itself and commanded revolutionary power.
Knowing what we know now about Epstein, Kabbalah, Chabad and the Third Temple restorationists and the Iran war. It does make one wonder, were Khomeini's paradigm shifting ideas a challenge beyond mere politics and geostrategy?
