@Nati_Sports Tbh I can definitely see a world where this makes it worse. Forcing more teams to throw more money at players will bring the cost for all players up. Dodgers can afford it. Reds could end up paying more for less.
@ryangrim Love the show. Not a Trump guy, but isn't the real difference here just Elon being more enthusiastic with it? Maybe that's a significant difference or not. I just for some reason don't think either of these guys are Nazis, even if anyone has any serious objections about either.
@Nati_Sports NGL Littell will pitch better than Greene. Love Greene, but he always struggled when he couldn't keep his emotions in check. He has to learn how to calm himself in the postseason and he will dominate as usual.
@tonycamp1@bryce_spalding Is there a better metric? Not a sarcastic comment at all. Total wins doesn't tell the whole story, would have to factor in difficulty of scheduling with each win, but short of that I don't see a better metric.
@bryce_spalding Sal would maybe have one more at bat? It's debatable, but I don't necessarily hate having better defense in the game. Benson could run into one as well. We will see how it plays out.
@Nati_Sports I like it. There is a lot of upside here. Feeling secure at defensively @ 3B which I haven't felt since Scott R. Change of scenery could bring on offense. I wouldn't feel like grinding at bats in Pittsburgh either.
@bryce_spalding@Nicholaspkirby I'm encouraged by those stats. Personally, and I think for a lot of Reds fans who can remember, it reminds us of the Homer Bailey hype. Not fair to compare, but I can't help it. Side note the Freudian slip from Tommy on the radio calling him Hunter Bailey was pretty funny.
