ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಮರು ಎಣಿಕೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕರಾಳ ಮುಖವನ್ನ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಜನಾದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ನೀಡಿದ ತಕ್ಕ ಉತ್ತರ.

2023ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 279 ಅಂಚೆ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನಾದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ.ಎನ್. ಜೀವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಟಿ.ಡಿ. ರಾಜೇಗೌಡರನ್ನು ವಿಜೇತರೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮಣಿಯದ ಜೀವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದ್ದರು. ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಆರ್. ನಟರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಪೀಠವು ನೀಡಿದ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಮರು ಎಣಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮೋ��� ಬಯಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅನರ್ಹವಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ಈಗ ಮುಖಭಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಗೆಲುವಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಗೆಲುವು. ಶೃಂಗೇರಿಯ ಮತದಾರರ ಮತದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂದ ಜಯ.
