Su Zhu and Kyle Davies: cryptocurrency and digital asset disclosure

The Liquidators of Three Arrows Capital Limited have commenced proceedings against Zhu and Davies for insolvent trading in relation to their role in the collapse of the crypto hedge fund in 2022. In December 2023 the Liquidators obtained an order from the BVI Court freezing the assets of Zhu and Davies for over US$1bn and orders that Zhu and Davies disclose their assets including cryptoassets.

The Liquidators have obtained an order from the BVI Court permitting them to inform third parties that, Zhu and Davies have stated that they own no cryptocurrency or other digital assets worth more than US$10,000.

Anyone with knowledge of cryptocurrency, wallets or other digital assets owned by, controlled by or held for, whether directly or indirectly, Su Zhu or Kyle Davies should contact the Liquidators on Telegram at: TACLLiquidation
